WHAT IS SILVER CERTIFICATION?
Silver Certification is a comprehensive training program focused on the needs of older adults. It was created by Wheaton along with the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM) and Erickson Senior Living. The program includes individual training for drivers, crew leaders, move coordinators, salespeople, owners, and managers. As a result, the entire organization learns how to support seniors more effectively. Additionally, the program teaches best practices for moving, rightsizing, emotional support, and family dynamics. Ultimately, this training helps our team make each move easier, calmer, and more respectful.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY MOVER IS SILVER CERTIFIED?
Silver Certification is available only to agents of Wheaton/Bekins WorldWide Van Lines. Even so, not all agents complete the full training. Therefore, you should look for the Silver Certified emblem.
