Fiduciary Services. I just wanted to tell you how thrilled we were at the wonderful work your crew did today in our move from Santa Cruz to San Carlos. They were super-fast, courteous, conscientious, and very clever in planning how they would maneuver awkward shapes around flights of stairs on both sides of the move.
They set up a system to move many items over a balcony to the ramp of the truck in order to speed up the move (and avoid a flight of stairs). They frequently went beyond the expected to work out where items belonged and position them in a convenient direction and location. They also were friendly, upbeat, and helpful throughout the move. Although I was concerned about this move, it seems that it couldn't have gone better! The end amount was also well within the amount you quoted, which we greatly appreciated. And I am very happy that we asked for two trucks and four people -- I think it really made it go a lot faster, reduced the stress of packing the truck, and was a good decision. My move began at 8:30 am and I was completely moved and in my new home by approximately 1:00 pm. The driver and the helpers were so efficient and moved with such speed, I was in amazement - plus the fact that they were so strong that I believe they could have picked up the whole house. I was impressed with their ability, skill and strength. They often took three, four, or five boxes at a time; they were careful (not a thing was nicked or scratched); and they were friendly. They showed up at my new home promptly and got right to work unloading. Though it was up a flight of stairs, this didn't seem to faze them in the least.
